  • Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

    No.
  • Are you licensed?

    Yes.
  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Yes, we offer direct deposits at no additional cost for our owner-clients. All we will need from you is a voided check for the account you wish to receive deposits in.
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    Yes, we will share a copy of the fully executed lease agreement once signed by all parties (Management and Tenant(s)).

    No, you will not sign the lease agreement.

  • Do you sell real estate too?

    Yes.
  • How and when do I get my checks?

    Our preferred method of paying out our owner-clients is by direct deposit, however, we are also able to mail a check.

    We typically initiate owner payments between the 10th - 12th of the month and you can expect to receive your payment by the 15th of the month.

  • How is rent collection handled?

    Rent is due on the 1st of the month and considered late at 11:59PM on the 4th day of the month.

    We provide several convenient ways for Tenants to pay rent (ACH, credit, debit, cash by PaySlip, money orders, cashier checks and personal checks).

  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    12 months long.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    This amount varies, however, we typically charge a few hundred dollars more than the monthly rent rate.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    We can typically on board a property within a few business days.
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    We manage single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family complexes.
  • What type of reports do I get and how often?

    You will receive a monthly owner packet via the Owner Portal. The packet will include an owner statement that displays all credits and debits that took place the past month as well as copies of any invoices (utility and maintenance bills) that were paid in the past month by Management on your behalf.
  • Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    Management holds the security deposit in a trust account that's in place for security deposits only.
