Realtor Referral Program

If you are a real estate agent we can help you succeed in working with your real estate investor clients by:

• Giving you a professional rental analysiss to present to your client. 
• We respect your relationship with your client. When they are ready to buy or sell, we will encourage them to work with you!  

For each owner-client you refer to us, we will pay you 15% of one month’s rent when:

• Your client signs a property management with us.
• Referral fee agreement is executed by your broker. 
• The leasehold takes effect.
